At Bayside Golf Australia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your new clubs or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and clubs are protected to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Bayside

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
